This was by far my best car buying experience ever. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and talk to. Explained everything to me and was not in a rush to get me out the door. When I found myself having to buy a new car much earlier than planned, I ended up at Toyota Town. Sean was able to fit in an appointment right away and help me narrow my search down to a selected model. He than planned, I ended up at Toyota Town. He then further assisted by presenting many new and used options for consideration all in a way that was not intimidating or overwhelming. Sean was not in any way pushy, even after I disclosed I would be visiting other dealerships that afternoon. He stayed in touch after I left, offering additional choices on both car and financing options until two days later when I was firm in my decision on a new Toyota Venza. Even after picking the car up, Sean called to ensure my continued satisfaction with the new car. From the time I walked on the lot, to signing the paperwork, to having my first service appointment performed (on them by the way, a nice perk!) I have been impressed by the friendliness and over-the-top attention to great customer service. Great work! More

Jason was fantastic to work with. I was looking to lease a Toyota and prior to coming in I was emailing Jackie to get the full details on price. I wanted to gather all of the information before coming in so I was not surprised with price or any additional costs that were "add ons" when you actually do the signing. Jackie was great in responding to my questions and sent me a full price list which included all costs (including licensing) that would be required when leasing and picking up the car. When I finally went in, I had asked that everything be ready as well. I was introduced to Jason who took me on my test drive in a 2014 Toyota Yaris and he clearly explained all of the features the car had to offer. He then went through all of the next steps in leasing the car so that when I came to pick it up a few days later I would be ready. He even picked me up so I wouldn't have to take a cab, with a tea ready! Overall, I was very impressed with every aspect of this lease purchase. Every person that I dealt with was caring, not pushy and discussed what I was looking for in a car. I would recommend this dealership, especially working with Jason, to any one who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Toyota. This experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. When looking to buy my first car I had a very specific one in mind. A Toyota Yaris (hatchback). When I first arrived at the dealership Nicole enthusiastically welcomed us and asked what we were looking fo one in mind. A Toyota Yaris (hatchback). She showed us around and a few different options, which we test drove and she explained the details of each. Including the pricing, warrantees and more. I liked what but I hadn't found 'the one' yet. A few days later she called explaining that there was another Yaris which had arrived more directed towards what I wanted. I explained to her that I was thinking of waiting a bit longer before buying so I could get started on school work and continue to save. She respected my response very much, thanked us and invited us back to see her when I was ready. A few weeks later I saw an option on the website which caught my eye. I called her to see about the details. When I spoke with Nicole on the phone she had remembered who I was from weeks before and said she thought of me when the car arrived. Later that night we went in to look at the car which, once again, she allowed us to test drive, and clearly explained the features, costs, warrantee and more. When I decided this was the car I wanted she worked hard to find an appropriate price and one within my budget. Nicole worked with me throughout this experience. She is knowledgeable, respectful and works with the customer to seek out the best option for them. I was very please with my experience with Nicole and would happily refer her. More
