He was very knowledgeable and patient. He addressed all of our concerns, yet we still thought the RAV4 wasn't the vehicle for us but after the test drive it truly was. Checking out the 2014 Toyota RAV4 I had previously looked at the RAV4 and had decided to not trade . Then an unexpected repair made me rethink dealing. I brought my wife to Toyota-Town to take a look at the RAV4.We had just parked our van when Tim Smuck approached us and asked if he could help us. We told him that we were interested in checking out the RAV4 and he informed us Toyota-Town had a sale on that weekend. We checked out the RAV4LE and had a test drive. We then checked a showroom RAV4 XLE which we liked better. They did not have one on the lot in the colour we wanted .Tim found they could get one in our colour at the weekend sale price. That cinched the deal.After taking delivery I found I had left two items in our trade in,Tim went the extra mile locating our trade in and returning these items to us. Love my Sienna When my old Sienna finally started to show its wear, I had to decide whether to invest money into repairing the old vehicle or look for a new one. We When my old Sienna finally started to show its wear, I had to decide whether to invest money into repairing the old vehicle or look for a new one. We test drove a number of other vans but kept coming back to the Sienna. Nicole did a great job of walking us through the pros and cons of each model and even discussed the possibility of simply repairing the old Sienna.
