I had booked my out-of-town appointment to test drive the new RAV and everything proceeded as promised. Frank Circelli was my sales advisor and he immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable as we chatted about what I was interested in and the price range. He understood my needs, explained available options but did not push when I indicated I was not interested. I left after this initial discussion but agreed to contact each other the following day. In fact, we settled on a fair price the next day and concluded the deal. Frank remained in contact regarding all details including the delivery date as the car was coming off the assembly line. He was bang on with the delivery date which was also impressive. When my wife and I received the vehicle Frank explained most of the operating features (I have owned 5 Toyotas so already knew a lot of them) and again displayed his professional mannerism as he walked us through their usage. I would certainly recommend Frank as a sales advisor to any of my friends as I would hope to share the very positive and professional experience that I had purchasing this new vehicle. More

Steve Chung happened to be who we dealt with there and he was extremely professional throughout the process. In no small way this played a role in arriving at the decision to buy the Toyota. There was no pressure nor badmouthing of the competition. A personal situation for me required some extra legwork at Steve's end which he did without complaint. Usually never received responses from other dealers. Was told Shawn would be available when I arrived. Shawn had everything ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the Camry. Shawn is a very friendly individual and cannot do enough for you. I made the choice to buy a 2011 Camry XLE and Shawn showed me all the functions within the car as well as helping me pair up my phone to the audio system. The handover went smoothly and I was in and out with my new wheels in a short amount of time. Great work Shawn and thanks again. More
