Ten years of exemplary service First introduced by a friend to Ken Yates back in 2001 when I bought a new Toyota Corolla. After moving to Toronto I continued to deal with ToyotaTown First introduced by a friend to Ken Yates back in 2001 when I bought a new Toyota Corolla. After moving to Toronto I continued to deal with ToyotaTown (excuse to visit friends...). In 2005 I traded the Corolla for a new Echo hatchback (a fantastic commuter car) and then in 2008 Ken guided me into a new Yaris which served me well for another 3 years. One of my London friends still has the Echo and is a regular customer at ToyotaTown. I knew I could rely on Ken for an honest response to any queries I had. I have since moved on, but still occasionally keep in touch. I would strongly recommend contacting Ken Yates at ToyotaTown if you are in the market for a new Toyota or Scion. More

Second purchase in 10 months Just purchased my second vehicle from Toyotatown in the last 10 months. First, a 2014 Highlander and then a 2015 Corolla. Both times, we dealt with Just purchased my second vehicle from Toyotatown in the last 10 months. First, a 2014 Highlander and then a 2015 Corolla. Both times, we dealt with Shawn Longworth. Shawn was casual but informative and we never felt that we were in a high pressure sales environment. He came in on his morning off to accommodate meeting us when other times would not work. He even arranged for a loaner vehicle for a couple of days when I needed it. Would definitely deal with Shawn again. More

Very Pleased with deal Nick was able to get us the deal that wanted. There was a slight hiccup when we went to sign that was resolved quickly which we appreciated. The new van is a lot simpler then the 2012. he went over all the controls in the new van which is completely different then our other van except for a few items which were the same.
