Throughout the process Shaun exhibited a calm, no pressure persona as well as great patience and determination as we were quite particular of the condition of the vehicle we were seeking. Shaun's claims of his and ToyotaTown's integrity was tested when my son noticed a chip in the windshield on the way home from picking it up. After placing a phone call to Shaun he assured me "They would make it right" and when we returned for our first free oil change the windshield was replaced at no cost to us.
