He makes sure the van is ready when I need it back, and the problem is always fixed, unlike another service advisor I had. She was very impersonal and the van took longer to be fixed than she said and I wasn't happy with the results. Jason always makes sure it is done right! More

I had been on other occasions when my parents had their Toyota's serviced at the old dealership. We were walk-ins and didn’t have an appointment so reception introduced us to Nick. He was patient and listened to what I had to say instead of walking off with the conversation and trying to up sell me on something else. I didn’t feel pressured the way I had at some of the other dealerships I had been to and it was really refreshing. That was one of my girlfriend’s first comments after we left the dealership that night and no matter what vehicle we ended up with she wanted to give Nick our business. When we need to purchase a new vehicle our first visit will be to Nick Sinko! More
