The service department at ToyotaTown is so good that I actually enjoy taking the car in. The staff are very honest and trustworthy and really go out of their way to help. My latest service appointment was on Monday morning, when the car was having some starting issues. Amanda Krug was coordinating the appointment that day, and I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. For example, I was a bit late getting the car in and had missed the shuttle that I needed to get me to work that morning. Most people would just call that my problem, but Amanda looked around to see if there was any alternative that ToyotaTown could offer me. When I said I could easily take the bus, Amanda went around and checked whether there was a stop nearby and whether the bus would actually get me to work on time. When it appeared that it wouldn't, Amanda then went out of her way to find someone else at Toyotatown who could give me a ride to the office. I ended up having a very enjoyable talk with the person who drove me downtown and I was right on time for work! Thanks!!. More
