Very pleased with the entire experience! I was interested in a 2014 Toyota Camry SE at ToyotaTown in London that I found on-line after an extensive search of pretty much all of the Toyota dea I was interested in a 2014 Toyota Camry SE at ToyotaTown in London that I found on-line after an extensive search of pretty much all of the Toyota dealerships from Windsor to Kingston. I made an on-line enquiry about the car, received a phone call within about 10 minutes from a manager to clarify my request, and he promised an email response from a sales rep with the details within 15 minutes. Gwen Jones was the Product Advisor who responded. Pretty impressive response times! We quickly came to terms, I indicated to Gwen that I needed to pick-up the car that same week, we completed the initial paperwork on-line, Gwen put me in touch with Financial Service Manager Vladimir Stepancev to discuss extended warrantees, etc., they promised the car would be ready for me on time. I finally met Gwen in person when I travelled to London on the scheduled day, we completed the final paperwork, she introduced me to the car, and saw me drive away with my very first Toyota! I was very impressed with the timely responses during the entire process and the professionalism of the people who worked with me. Thanks, Gwen! More

Exceptional experience! The selection of a new vehicle is a serious deal for me as I generally keep my vehicles for 10 years, loved my previous one which was not a Toyota and The selection of a new vehicle is a serious deal for me as I generally keep my vehicles for 10 years, loved my previous one which was not a Toyota and this one just might be my last! I did thorough research on 5 vehicles from several sources, walked in to dealers openly sharing that I was researching multiple SUVs and returned to test drive the top 3. It was a lot of work but I am thrilled with my 2016 RAV4 SE AWD. It wasn't just the vehicle that led me to make that choice. Shawn Longworth 'read' me well. I wasn't a female senior citizen to be patronized. He didn't call me dear or hon as is so often the case. He respected my knowledge, time, concerns and needs. He quickly detected the importance of integrity but also humour to me. As a result he 'heard' subtleties, knew the product well and led me to my final choice.. and we had fun while choosing an exceptional vehicle. More

Immediately we were welcomed with a warm greeting from the front desk and fortunately turned over to salesman Frank Circelli. The vehicle of interest was 2016 Rav4 which we test drove and loved but out of our curiosity decided to test drive the Highlander. Of course we loved it and after multiple test drives and a couple of weeks to think we were happy to purchase the Highlander. We would like to thank Frank for his patience, professionalism and was a pleasure dealing with him and the Toyota sales team.
