He answered all of my questions, relayed my requests to the tech happily, and was genuinely easy and pleasant to deal with. Also, while you wait for your car you can get some pretty fantastic food. I don't mean only sandwiches either - I had an awesome beef stroganoff! Never would I have thought that I'd eat such a quality meal while waiting for my car at the dealership! Top Notch Service Rob, my service manager always knows me, lets me know what is needed and the time it will take. Always finished on time.
