They were able to get us one ahead of predicted time, and exactly what we wanted. They were willing to negotiate with us, and met us with professional and fair pricing. Toyota kept the 2017 Highlander under wraps, and put our salesman, Sean, in a bit of an awkward place where we could find out more about it than was officially being released. Sean dug deep, and kept us posted as soon as information was available - even before we had made waves of committing. Both dealerships in London will tell you there's a $499 membership you need to buy, but it is negotiable. All in all, a good experience. More

She really did always go above and beyond explaining everything to us, not making us feel rushed or pressured and answering every single question we had in such detail that we never had any doubts. She is so personable and we appreciated very much her taking care of our baby while we test drove vehicles so that we could have some time to think just the two of us and didn't have to juggle car seats around. I think it speaks volumes that we were given quotes at other dealerships that we more affordable for our family because of their lower price tag and offering lower financing but we just really wanted to buy a vehicle from you because of the service you provided. Going into the dealership felt so comfortable and relaxed and we were able to make a decision that we are really happy with! We will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle! Hassle and Pressure Free Buying Experience I have purchased a few vehicles over my life, and this was by far the most easiest, memorable, and hassle free experiences. I purchased my 2016 Coro I have purchased a few vehicles over my life, and this was by far the most easiest, memorable, and hassle free experiences. I purchased my 2016 Corolla from an excellent sales person, Tomasz Kisiel. He took the time to listen to my needs, what I wanted from a vehicle, and what I was willing to pay. Not once did I feel pressured in any way, like most car salespeople get known for. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, the entire experience was enjoyable, easy, and memorable. They took the time to even put a bow on it, and took a photo as well. I am not super tech savvy, so when I acquired a new phone, Tomasz Kisiel, was also kind enough to take the time out of his day and set up the cars bluetooth system, so I can use it handsfree.. At this point, most other companies and dealers wouldn't bother, but even after the purchase, the service was still top notch, and impressive. I highly recommend this dealership, and the sales person Tomasz if you are either looking fora new vehicle or even a used one. I will definitely return and purchase any future vehicles from here.
