This is the biggest financial commitment that I've ever made and William made that an extremely smooth process for me. Before being introduced to William, I have been from one dealership to another looking for not just the perfect car, but also an employee that wants best for me and my needs. Truthfully, I was going to purchase another vehicle until I spoke to William on the phone. He was full of knowledge and truly seemed to care for my needs. That made it easy for me to book an appointment to view some vehicles. From that point on it was history. He helped me get not only my first car, but the PERFECT car for me and I'm very greatful for the service that he provided me. His positive attitude, empathy, enthusiasm and great personality made it easy for me to make the decision to go with Toyota-Town. Also, Nicole helped me with all of the finances and she made me feel comfortable. Super Sales experience I walked into the dealership without any idea what vehicle I was interested in. I knew I wanted a Toyota because of their reliability, but needed to g I walked into the dealership without any idea what vehicle I was interested in. I knew I wanted a Toyota because of their reliability, but needed to get a closer look at every model. Along came Frank my salesman who was awesome at walking me through the pros and cons of each model. After a couple test drives, I settled on a Camry XSE V6. With zero pressure Frank helped me through the sales portion of the visit and we agreed on a deal. The entire experience was comfortable and fair. I was then sent to the business office where Nicole walked me through the "extras". I opt'd out but again no aggressive pressure. On pickup day everything was good. My only frustration was the car was not equipped with the car starter as discussed even though they had the vehicle on the Monday and this was now Friday eve. The starter apparently wasn't ordered in time and arrived the day of my pickup. I don't know why they didn't set aside the 2 hours for installation so my vehicle was all ready for my pickup. Now I need to return to get this done, slightly frustrating. Not the best start. Lets hope the rest of my experience is good and doesn't negatively overshadow Franks great work during the inital stages. More

Had talked to Shawn Longworth in 2015 & Feb 2016 about specific models , he provided info & no pressure to immediately buy , ( thats me I always look forward & prerpare in advance ) -now ready to purchase we made appt with Shawn ( spent the time so should reap the rewards ). Since I had the model interested in , he took us over to it in the show room and went through every detail starting with the actual engine compartment ( I actually learned something new & cars are my hobby )- impressed as never happened that way before and we had just finished visiting 2 different dealerships the day before. Test drove , received all pricing details & neogiated a final price plus were provided options for financing although our original intent was to pay cash by cashing in on some of our investments put aside for this occasion. Said that we would think about it, probably check out the competion pricing & get back to him in 2 days, again no pressure to complete the deal immediately but he did remind us that this is a cut throat business and somebody could always give a couple of hundred off , but keep in mind who has spent the time with you.( that last comment alone is worth its weight in gold and so impressive that all commissioned sales staff should not be afraid to remind potential customers of the value of the service that has just been provided to them ) After deciding that it was the Toyota Rav4 XLE that we wanted, due to that statement i did not even bother to check any other dealers to see if a better price was available and feel fully satisfied that we received a fair price - Good for the client , salesperson and the dealership. .
