Service advisor excellent! I have been a customer of this dealer over at least 10-15 years. I have been fortunate to have had Rob Dako on many occasions look after my Camry. He is always pleasant and honest with his advice and suggestions. During my last visit he commented that my tires looked as if they might be wearing and suggested an alignment Luckily I agreed and the results showed they indeed needed adjustment. I would recommend Rob to anyone who takes their car to this Toyota service dept. He is pleasant and is able to convey technical issues in layman's terms. I continue to trust my car's maintenance to Rob and actually to the other service advisors at Toyotatown London. FYI. Last summer Shelby Chisholm helped me get back on the road after an emergency on the highway. Belated thanks to Shelby! More

Baz simply presented the facts, explained the options in detail and allowed us to take time to discuss what would be best for us. We felt no pressure and this was truly the most enjoyable experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. When we went in to pick up our vehicle everything was ready and we just had to sign the paperwork. Baz took us to our car and spent time with us to explain the features of our new vehicle and even set up our phones for us. He is amazing!
