And he informed me that I was eligible for a factory rebate and told me how to easily and quickly apply for it. From the prompt response to my inquiry for an appointment, to the great effort that he put forth to find the exact time to have the work done that fit perfectly into my schedule to the courteous and professional greeting as I drove in to the dealership to the speedy completion of the paperwork at the end of the installation, Todd Servant is nothing short of amazing! I brought my car to service to leave with missing bolts on my wheels. I almost lost control of my car and risk my life. I went back to service to correct it, and they did. I have tried to contact anyone in management with no success. I have been servicing my 2 vehicles for 10 years. I am sad to see how the service become. in conclusion, do not take your car to change tires at Toyota town and make sure you do a safety check before you leave their Service. More
