The sensor was seized up in the car. Two hours later, at noon, Helena offered me a loaner Camry to use for the afternoon as there was no shuttle for two hours and they didn't know how long it would take. The 2 hour job ended up being 6 but I was only charged an extra half hour's labour. Very good service, going above and beyond. More
