Over the several hours this entailed, I was provided with regular updates on the situation and given free vouchers for drinks. The delay was not due to Toyota Town but they provided good care and attention while this was processed. When the work was undertaken, it was done so quickly and efficiently. Camry was purchased in 2007 at ToyotaTown and the purchase experience was first class. The service department experience ever since has also been first class over the last 9 years! The test drive & subsequent negotiations was handled by Baz Afara. This sales person certainly lived up to the reputation experienced in our first purchase at ToyotaTown. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and gave us the straight goods with our eventual lease agreement for a RAV4 Hybrid. His attention to feature during the test drive, discussion & delivery were appreciated. 10 out of 10! Financial Services Manager, Nicole Levasseur was also very helpful, knowledgeble and forthright in finalizing the deal for our RAV4 Hybrid. Also of note is the cooperation between Baz & Nicole during the entire transaction including delivery! Parts Department was very helpful in finding the small parts that I needed, and the staff at the desk were pleasant and efficient.
