Helena at Toyotatown! Helena Vrabec is EXCELLENT! to deal with. I purchased a new Toyota Corolla in Nov 2017 and brought it in to the Service Centre Dec 2017 to switch ove Helena Vrabec is EXCELLENT! to deal with. I purchased a new Toyota Corolla in Nov 2017 and brought it in to the Service Centre Dec 2017 to switch over to my winter tires. Even before I came in for my appointment I spoke with Helena over the phone to schedule my appt and requirements for the new tires. She was SUPER FRIENDLY, and was very helpful to me. I was happy to meet her when I arrived and she was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. The garage can be an intimidating place if you don't know what you're doing but I felt I was being taken care of. She even personally went into the cafe to find me when the shuttle service had arrived to take me to work. I hope to see Helena in my future visits. Thanks Helena for your friendly face, and knowledge about tire sizes, types, rims, etc. You're a GEM! More

I ended up looking at a 2018 Rav4 and falling in love in love with it. Shawn helped me with everything and was so easy going. He made the process seem really easy. Andre in the financial department I have dealt with in the past and he also was so kind. Another big shout out - we had my 7 month old baby and everyone was awesome with her! It was a big plus especially when it came to feeding time and I didn't get shuttled to the bathroom. For a breastfeeding mom that is a big deal! A+ ToyotaTown! More
