A great experience We had been hoping to get a few more months out of our car but when we found out it needed brake work, we knew it was time to replace it. She did all the leg work to help us figure out that the bank never removed a lien on a car we were trading in for a newer model. With the information provided by Allycia, I was able to obtain a bank letter evidencing that the loan had been repaid in 2013. Also Allycia has always been available to answer any question, even after hours, and worked on getting us the best price possible on our new vehicle.
