Fantastic Customer Service Usually I find that salesmen just don’t do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like David deliver an incredible service and gave a very pleasant experience. My car broke down, and while waiting for work to be done, I decided to pop in to Toyotatown. I wasn't really looking to buy right there and then, and I let David know that, expecting to be dismissed very quickly. I had a few questions about a Toyota Camry and Dave showed me around and took his time to answer all my questions. I am very much looking forward to buying a car from Toyotatown now that I've had had a chance to deal with David. More

Very rewarding and informative I cannot say enough about the experience I encountered by the staff during this my second purchase from your dealership, from the Lady who greeted me I cannot say enough about the experience I encountered by the staff during this my second purchase from your dealership, from the Lady who greeted me as I came in the door with a warm welcome and asking if I would like something to drink and asking who I was there to see with a warm smile to Lillian who explained the different warranties available to me to protect and look after my new purchase. However my hat has to go out to Mr Kevin Swan for his courteous manner in which he explained the different options he felt would suit my needs when I explained to him what I wanted to use the vehicle for, he was a pleasure to deal with and I certainly would recommend his services to any of my friends who would be in the market for a vehicle whether used or new. When I picked up my delightful new 2018 Rav 4 he made sure I was comfortable with all the options of the vehicle and even went the extra mile to program in my radio stations for me and programmed my cell phone via blue tooth to the vehicle, I could go on but in short my next purchase I will definatly be looking to him and your dealership for advise.
