I ended up purchasing a red Prius Prime and Baz was very knowledgeable. Because they were only released last month, they are not easily available. Baz delivered the new car in two weeks, and kept me informed (and included pictures) every step of the way! Janine handled all our paperwork in an excellent manner. I am going to look great on the highway and passing all the gas stations! I love my car but I love my toyota, my husband comes from a totoya family, our first car was a corolla and when we were looking at buying me a car we knew it would be a I love my toyota, my husband comes from a totoya family, our first car was a corolla and when we were looking at buying me a car we knew it would be a toyota. The buying experiance was fine but the sales guy did not follow through with calling us to check up; however followed up a few mknths later about buying winter tires there. Which we did; i had my first oil change today and was given a bill for over 200; the first oil change is free; and i has to point this out and whit about 15 minutes for them to sort it out. I love my car but possibly some more follow through and attention to detail would have been better. More

Washrooms were clean and accessible When service was complete, clients were approached by the technician who did the work with a detailed report of work performed and costs attached. . Kevin Swan, our sales specialist was very knowledgeable and engaging. We had come to buy our first Rav4 and he did not try to change our choices. He was very prepared and organized when we came to pick up our car and went to great lengths to show and demonstrate the many features. More

Outstanding Service!! On Monday May 7, 2018 I visited ToyotaTown to look closer at the 2018 Camry, get details, and have a test drive. I had not planned on buying that day, On Monday May 7, 2018 I visited ToyotaTown to look closer at the 2018 Camry, get details, and have a test drive. I had not planned on buying that day, but rather, just get information to help in deciding what to buy. I met with Sean O'Grady who was superb as a rep! I found that Sean was really interested in providing me with information, and addressing questions as opposed to pressuring me to buy the car. He made me feel like a valued customer! I really appreciated Sean's professionalism, as if I get pressured, I will typically walk away, and go buy someplace else! As we worked thru the information, Sean not only addressed all the aspects of the vehicle, but also gave me various options on purchasing such as Pay Cash, Finance Option, or Lease Option! I had never leased as I prefer a cash option, and never thought I would lease, but when we reviewed the 3 options it became apparent that the Lease Option offered advantages! Eventually I met with Sean's Manager Janine who was also extremely informative and no sales pressure! The efforts and approach of these two Toyotatown representatives being so professional, resulted in me making a decision to buy the Camry LE that day! Thank you to both Sean and Janine for their assistance, and I fully recommend to anyone interested in buying a vehicle, to contact Sean and Janine if you want to be dealt with professionally! Very well done! I also spoke on the phone with Tara Shepard to schedule my appointment when she called me as a result of being on the Toyotatown website on the weekend.
