Excellent experience in service department. I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picke I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picked me up when the shuttle was too busy. There had been a recent insurance claim with the vehicle and Mike helped to solved a problem which required extra calling about on his part. My second encounter with Mike was for a regular issue. Due to our time constraints, Geordie was asked to provided a quote with trade-in and was able to do so in a very timely fashion without the normal hassles we have experienced in the past at other car dealers. Low pressure sales team We were in the market for a new vehicle and had finally decided on a Highlander as the vehicle of choice. We shopped around at the other Toyota dealerships in the city which were actually less than helpful and never returned our calls. The staff at Toyota Town were professional and willing to help, did not push any vehicle on us, did not use pressure sales tactics, and seemed to have our best interest in mind. Our sales man, Geordie, took time to allow us to test drive a used and a new Highlander. He explained all the options available in the vehicle but never did he pressure us into buying. The best parts of the entire purchasing experience: great salesman, no pressure sales, got the vehicle we wanted, the kids loved the complimentary chocolate milks, and of course the ringing of the Gong topped it all off. More
