He is very knowledgeable about the different Toyota models and he spent time letting us know what needs would suit which model. He also explained all the different post-purchase customer service plans and how in the long-term it would benefit our car which encouraged us to get the Platinum plan. Once the decision was made, he took time to explain the different functionalities inside the car and gave us sound advise of how to take care of it. We will surely be asking for his assistance next time we decide to get a 2nd car from ToyotaTown. In terms of financing, Andre explained very well the different options we had and he was very effective and efficient in answering all our queries. More
