Time estimates for getting the work done this morning were accurate - actually my car was ready before the time discussed. Peter has looked after me before. He's calm, pleasant and very professional. He has the ability to explain all situations I've run into so far in easy-to-understand terms and explains pros & cons of doing VS not doing the work in a way that make deciding what to do easy. The last two times we have worked with Helena Vrabec. My husband took the car in before Christmas for an oil change and regular maitenance. After inspection, we needed new front & back brakes, new rear struts, and an oil leak fixed in the engine. After discussing things with Helena, we went ahead with the front brakes & she had the remainder of the work arranged to be completed after Christmas. She made sure that I could get a loaner vehicle while ours was in service. She is very personable & always goes the extra distance for her clients. She arranged to get a light detailing done to our vehicle. It looked really nice when I picked it up. Helena Vrabec goes a long way to enhance the customer experience & represent your company. He was very well informed regarding all aspects of the 2019 Rav4 and provided answers to all our questions. He walked us through all the steps required for the purchase of this vehicle, including a test drive and in-vehicle instructions on all the new features. I have no doubt when it's time to trade in in 2023 (or thereabouts) we will be going to Shawn for our needs. Regarding the financing of the new Rav4 we were introduced to Janine who made us feel very comfortable and she was very friendly and professional. More
