Excellent customer service I took my Corolla in for a scheduled service appointment and to have my winter tires installed. When I made my appointment I mentioned that my tires I took my Corolla in for a scheduled service appointment and to have my winter tires installed. When I made my appointment I mentioned that my tires were not on rims as I know the installation time requirement is longer. Upon arrival the service order indicated that the tires were on rims. This caused an issue as they would not be able to install the tires and complete the service in the time allotted for my appointment. It would basically double the time. My Service Advisor Amanda Krug was wonderful. Upon identifying the issue she found a suitable solution which worked for all parties. I feel she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Monica Frankovich was our product adviser and her work was outstanding. Always on time, always respectful and polite, she answered all emails, she listened to our wishes and was able to remedy our concerns. There was not trickery, no arm twisting and no pressure sale. The whole process was transparent and friendly. We hope our new car will last us a long time but if we were to buy again we would definitely go back to Toyota Town. Unexpectedly Good Service I was shopping for a new car lately, and got my mind set on Prius and RAV4. My current car has broken down and I have been researching online mostly. I was shopping for a new car lately, and got my mind set on Prius and RAV4. My current car has broken down and I have been researching online mostly. When I sent a price quote request to Toyota dealers around Southern Ontario, Toyota Town was among the first to reply but it was the only dealership that called out to me to chat about my needs. Moreover, upon hearing about my broken car, I was offered a test drive with pickup and drop-off by Geordie. It was 1.5 hour spent on the road alone. At the end of the day, I got all my questions answered, viewed all the cars I was interested, figured out the features I wanted and the pro/cons of payment options, test drove a RAV4 and got to see the Prius I wanted (the only Prius in stock at ToyotaTown on that day) in action by receiving a ride in it on my way home. Got everything I needed, a ride to and from the dealership, and about 50% more understanding of the vehicles I wanted to buy. How can I not give a 5 star rating? If I could I'd rate his service at 7/5 stars. More
