I went in to see Brian through a recommendation and it more then exceeded my expectations. As a sales manager he did not have to help sell me my new RAV4 but he took all the time I needed and went over ev more then exceeded my expectations. Excellent sales staff and management. Whether you like to take your time through the process or if you prefer to get the deal done they are more than willing to do everything for you so all you need to do is take your time through the process or if you prefer to get the deal done they are more than willing to do everything for you so all you need to do is sign. Gwen and Rita are both professional and get things done. On vehicle 2 in less than a year and I was taken great care of. The last one I just had to call and stop in once they had it ready and off I went. The both of them are stand up people and no nonsense. Would refer anyone after a Toyota to Gwen and Rita. Gwen was reffered to me by a friend and new imediatly I'd be back to see her. Both are very kind people and make the sales experience pleasurable. More
