Friendly and Knowledgeable This is our fourth Toyota Highlander (2nd new) that we have bought from Toyotatown and I have to say it was such a seamless process and Kevin Swan and This is our fourth Toyota Highlander (2nd new) that we have bought from Toyotatown and I have to say it was such a seamless process and Kevin Swan and Rita Dalal were awesome. They were both friendly and knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Kevin was especially great because he wanted to ensure husband was part of the deal too so I didn't sign anything without him going over it with both of us. Kevin did a very thorough job in explaining all the features of our 2020 Highlander. Rita is a very friendly and genuinely nice person. She is a benefit to the dealership.
