Although we had issues. We were scheduled for a test drive and drive in from Toronto. Only to be told the vehicle was sold without warning. We were told we would be contacted if that occurred. Ve This is my 5th new 4Runner in a row. Sales: Geordie is probably the most amazing sales person I have ever dealt with. He is definitely a keeper. Very attentive and very smart. I also very much appreciate his honesty. Service: I most often get Todd Servant, who is a 5/5, and so are the women at the service desk. The mechanics, however, are 1/5. It is common for me to leave with a new issue, or the issue didn’t actually get fixed. It would be helpful if they were thorough, otherwise their work should be double checked. I always dread having to bring my truck in to get serviced. Just like this coming Monday.... I just purchased a 2020 4Runner two weeks ago and I already have to bring it in on Monday because the breaks started squeaking 4 days after I brought it home. I’m dreading the outcome. More
