Todd was professional and helpful as has normally been my experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbate experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbated my medical symptoms and made the visit extremely stressful.
