Brian smoothed out the process for us starting with a phone call discussion after a referral from my son who had just bought a Tacoma from him. I was looking to test drive a Highlander after seeing my brother - in - laws new vehicle. Appointment was for a test drive over the phone. Vehicle was waiting when we arrived, after a short introduction to the vehicle Sherry and I were off. Back at the dealership, socially distanced we explored options, pricing, availability - all fully explained and rationalized with great explanations on why we would want this option and why we wouldn't want another option. A very congenial no pressure negotiation! Deal was made and estimated deliver date set. Brian ensured us we had all of the electronic information to explain the benefits of the options we had chosen and walked us through where our vehicle was in the production chain faithfully every 2 weeks. Highlander Platinum was deliver today June 17. Again an appointment was made at the dealership. Brian met us at the door, elbow bump, time for the paperwork:( sign, sign, sign everything was fully explained as we were signing then we go to the intro to our new vehicle. Brian walked us through every option we had purchased, set up both of our cell phones, promised to email us a link to Toyota connected services app and invited us back for assistance with any option we were having issues with. All without coming within 6 feet of us, fully masked at all times. 2 more fist bumps and we were off.
