I was happy that the work could be performed immediately - but concerned about my afternoon appointment. Firis offered me a loaner vehicle - at no charge - which was a lifesaver! I was able to make my afternoon appointment and return the loaner before 4:30 the same day. My neighbours thought I had joined the Toyota Town Team as the van was emblazoned with your logo - but their teasing was well worth the convenience :) Thank you Firis for making my day!
