I went in for service and spring 'tire-swap'. I was greeted politely and cheerfully, taken in quickly, and the service was done well and quickly at which point they notified me by phone. I would like to rate you at at least ten stars! I have been dealing with My Rizkalla the last few times and have never been as happy! He is so thoughtful and considerate. I’m close to 80 and Now h I have been dealing with My Rizkalla the last few times and have never been as happy! He is so thoughtful and considerate. I’m close to 80 and Now have to use a walker…. He helps me get the walker in and out of the car without hesitating..He makes certain that’s he’s aware of any concern I may have with my car,,…. Other than changing the tires , oil, etc.. he asks very appropriate questions …I am assured that my car will be checked over and safe when I drive away from the dealership, Mr. Rizkalla explains everything very clearly and thoroughly. The extra care he takes is so appreciated. He makes certain that my car is as close as possible so I don’t have to go very far. When I leave, I know my old 2008 Prius is in tip top shape……. Such peace of mind! As an aside, it is a busy time of year so I wasn’t surprised that the car hadn’t been washed, I haven’t had that happen for quite awhile now.perhaps you aren’t offering that anymore. At some point later on when it’s not so busy, I plan to bring the car in and leave it for a day or two to have it thoroughly cleaned……If you can provide the shuttle service or give me a loaner.
