A typical dealership that only cares about their revenue. The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I showed up on Monday for a snow tire rotation, quoted that I need new steel rim for $700+; came back on Fri The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I showed up on Monday for a snow tire rotation, quoted that I need new steel rim for $700+; came back on Friday, service advisor couldn’t tell if f I am getting Toyota rims or OEM rims; but didn’t stop him to charge me $800+ for them, $100 + more than I was quoted 4 days ago. So pissed that I am not coming back forever. More
