He was friendly, but perhaps skills other than being friendly are required in the job. The $2000 in recommended maintenance that may, or may not be required, will be done elsewhere. PS - please do not recommend calling as I have already tried that and I don't need to hear more lame excuses about how your computer system works. More

Never buy used car from them. I bought 2018 Nissan Rogue. After 3 days axel and transmission box broke. They have to send to Nissan dealership to fix it. Drove up the next morning as planned expecting that some sort of concession would be made - even a free lunch. But no, we were told they think that they can sell it for the same price even though the mileage was almost double so take it or leave it. PLUS lose our deposit. We bought it anyway because it meets our needs and we are really happy with it but the business practices here are definitely a little shady!! More

I've had all my servicing done at this dealership on my truck until recently. With two outstanding recalls and the service hours here, they could not accommodate me, and I took my truck to Gateway Toyota. truck until recently. I purchased a used car from this dealer. In their advertising it said that the price was the price of the car plus tax. In the business office $800.00 in extra fees were added to the deal. Lucky me it was an Audi 115,000km service. Dealership cleared the code and sent me on the way without performing the service. More
