It would be great if it was more comfortable and a food offering such as muffins, cookies and donuts for those waiting for their car to be serviced while the wait. Sameer arranged a complimentary rental for me and got me a discount on a few of the parts required. He also took time to explain the repairs and warranties to me. The whole team demonstrated patience and friendliness as I moved carseats in and out of the rental, and Sameer even gave my little boy a stuffed toy. Truly a positive experience. More

No other place to go! Alisha has been our go-to person at Toyota on the Park (TOTP) since we developed a relationship with this dealership over the years. While all of the Alisha has been our go-to person at Toyota on the Park (TOTP) since we developed a relationship with this dealership over the years. While all of the representatives we've dealt with have been competent, friendly, and prompt, Alisha has gone above and beyond the call of duty a number of times. My Sienna was parked in the garage over the winter, and I was concerned as I take it on trips to western Canada that it had to be in good service before I headed out in the summer. Alisha considered the matter carefully and I took a shuttle back home, expecting a long wait and a hefty bill, perhaps even a tire change. Within a span of an hour, I got a call back from Alisha that all maintenance was done! She also informed that there was still another year left in the life of the tires, despite advice from a dealership in western Canada that they had to be changed. Not only did I end up with a small expense, and quick service, but we have a high level of trust in Alisha's skills and her advice put our mind at rest that our family will be travelling safe on our upcoming trip. I'll greatly miss TOTP and Alisha's top-rate service as we leave town this summer; if it weren't for the 3,500 km drive I would love to keep them as our dealership and service agent of choice. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of it to make TOTP part of your family! More

I "discovered" Toyota On the Park by accident. I didn't buy my Toyota here and when I thought my original dealer was cheating me, i came here as it was on the way. I'm so glad I did because from the first visit some 2 years ago until now; I've had nothing but excellence, reliability and complete trust. Never lose that because I will not go anywhere else to service my car and when I need to buy a new one, this will be my only place to visit. Thank you and keep up the great work. More
