Most wonderful experience This showroom was our second showroom of Toyota that we visited that day, our first experience from the first showroom visit was so bad that we decide This showroom was our second showroom of Toyota that we visited that day, our first experience from the first showroom visit was so bad that we decided to walk out within 20 minutes. We went to the first showroom, checked out the cars and waited for someone to come and greet us and ask if they can help us. Despite many people being available, no one came up to us. We decided to leave that location and came to this location, where Mike greeted us within 5 minutes of us walking in. He was very sweet and humble, he did not push us for the sale but instead worked with our budget for the car that we liked. He was very patience with us while we went back and forth with our decision of buying a car that day. He was incredibly professional and a gentleman. Every time, he noticed we want to have a family talk without him, he gave us space so we can talk this over, before we even asked him. I was highly impressed by him and would recommend him to all of my family and friends. Once we picked the car we loved, he transferred us to this another wonderful gentleman, who helped us with financing our car. He was also very professional, sweet and humble. He made the process go very smoothly, explained the extended warranty in details, gave us an amazing deal and did not push us to get it or not. Completely left the decision on us. He helped us to narrow down our search criteria and find the car that we can afford and meets our family needs at the same time. Alif demonstrates a high level of proficiency and patience in dealing with customers. He is friendly and won’t pressure you to make a deal if you’re not ready or not completely satisfied (i.e. he is not your average sales person!) The verdict, if you are in the market for a new car you should pay a visit to Toyota On the Park; and when you make it there, ask for Alif. More
