I did a great deal of shopping around and visited a number of dealerships to get the most competitive price. Matt Treacy was very aggressive with his pricing and gave me a sense that he wanted my business. Their pricing was the lowest coupled with a great experience, that will make me come back for all my vehicles needs. Ali Nikpour was excellent to deal with on the finance side and was very straight forward ensuring that we were aware of all the programs that were available for our Highlander and our needs. When the vehicle was delivered we had the pleasure of dealing with Jure Rossini who took us through the vehicle and its options. He was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Prompt and thorough This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation that I came in because my past dealer service experience (with another brand) was not a happy one. I'm doing so because my new car purchase included the three years of servicing. I arrived just before the appointed hour, and someone outside told me where to bring the car (into a warm, dry area!) and when I stepped out, Amanda was right there, with the records. She told me when to expect the car to be ready, and since I'd forgotten my phone, gave me a pager to take up to the (clean, bright) lounge so they could let me know when it was ready. It ended up being ready about 15 minutes earlier than advised. 10/10! More
