Stay Away My current Toyota lease would be done soon and I went to Toyota On the Park for getting my buyout process completed. I have met with the receptionist My current Toyota lease would be done soon and I went to Toyota On the Park for getting my buyout process completed. I have met with the receptionist who was actually tried to help me out. She called Shelly Butler who suppose to be the appropriate person but refused to speak to me and advised the receptionist that I have to talk with the sales associate first BEFORE she speaks to me. The sales associate was busy with another client so I called him later to discuss. Since I already got my financing sorted out he suggested me to call Shelly Butler again so that she can guide me through the buyout process. I called Shelly Butler and left a detailed message requesting a call back- its been seven days already, I haven't received a call back from Shelly Butler. I did all my regular maintenance done at Toyota on the park and recommended this dealership to my friends their new/used cars needs. My current experience with Shelly Butler and Toyota On The Park is really disappointing and totally unprofessional as well as unacceptable. I always been loyal to Toyota as a brand and Toyota On The Park as my got to dealership , but not anymore, not going to buy anther Toyota and definitely would not recommend Toyota On The Park . More
