Alex greeted me when I walked in the door. Very friendly and professional. Very personable and as a customer I value that. Alex Chan has been extremely efficient, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable each time I have needed to bring my Corolla in for service. I have been to toyota on the park a few times. Since my first visit I chose to deal with Sameer because of his knowledge and willingness to help me out. He took the time to show me the issues with my car first visit I chose to deal with Sameer because of his knowledge and willingness to help me out. He took the time to show me the issues with my car and even gave me possible solutions. I drive a honda so I was impressed with his knowledge of my car, after all its a toyota dealership. I even bought a set of tires there because of the information he provided me with. The dealership itself is also very nice, lounge, resteraunt ect. I will be going back to Toyota on the Park for servicing, just hopefully not too soon! More

I had an emergency with my Pontiac Wave, horn wouldn't go off. I asked for a favour and they went way above. Helped me out and this was before they knew I was a Lexus on the Park customer.
