I took my Sienna to Toyota On The Park this morning at 9 am to have a jammed power-window repaired. I spoke with Sameer Shivji and Sham Rattanshi and they had the window fixed by around 1 pm. Sameer explained in detail how the mechanics of the power-window worked and how it was repaired. Sameer, Sham and the Toyota On The Park staff were extremely courteous, patient and professional. I bought my van in for a recall service and also to have my tail light replaced. Although it took a day, it wasn't all that bad with the shuttle that was provided. The driver dropped me off home and then picked me up when the van was ready. I have never been disappointed by the quality of work until now. First I found some grease streaks on the passenger seat near the gear shift side (from the recall servicing). This was not the true issue and can be cleaned off at a later date. Second the reason why I gave an okay rating. I had to go back to have the tail light re-seated. The original technician that worked on it had crimped the weather strip between the glass and tail light. And the tail light had a significant gap between the light and panel it was attached to. Although the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, please remind the technicians to be mindful about what they are replacing and how it would look. I am a proud Toyota owner and will show off and talk about my van to people who ask. Overall, I am very happy with the service department and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank-you. More

He was very professional and understanding of my needs. He kept me in mind for 2 months and called me any time he had a truck to show me and he made it very easy for me to buy my car. My truck had some scratches and dents and I was not sure if all those thing would get fixed when Ted told me that I don't need to be worried but he was right today I have my truck and I am very happy thanks to Ted and Toyota on the park. He is an extremely personable individual who always goes out of his way to be helpful, reassuring, honest and professional. It's nice that he also has a good sense of humour! On the few occasions that Hon has not been available, Alex Chan has also been a pleasure to do business with. The South African gentleman who runs the shuttle-bus (sorry, I don't remember his name!) is also a personal favourite. His service is prompt, courteous, and he has excellent road etiquette. On some occasions I've had to wait around several hours in the restaurant upstairs. What could easily be a tiresome experience is, instead, quite a pleasant interlude in a busy day. The food is just fine, the service very friendly, and it helps that the space is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating. I enjoyed a good 45 minute nap there just last week! This is by far the best service centre I've ever used, whether in the US, UK, SA or here at home in Canada. More

She informed me what would be done to the car and how long it may take. I told her that my brakes were squeaking and she set up having them looked @ as well. She also told me where the Customer Lounge was and that she would call me when the service was complete. She also asked if I wanted a car wash. The job was completed faster than I thought and everything, that was done, was done efficiently and clearly. It is nice to have a clean car too! I even received 2 chits to get 2 more car washes. Alisha was pleasant, friendly and efficient and said to contact her if I needed future assistance. I was very pleased with the attention she gave me! She is an asset to your organization! More
