When we arrived we met Ted Jefarzedeh and explained what we were looking for. Ted was able to immediately show us a Rav4 that met our specifications and price range. The Rav4 had a few scratches and a small rip in the seat and without even asking Ted offered to have it fixed. True to his word when we went to pick up the car a few days later the painting had been done and the seat was replaced. Further to this Ted made the entire process simple and convenient to our schedule. It was a pleasure dealing with Ted. His professional and honest approach will bring us back when it’s time to replace my car in the fall. Allen and Penny More

Ted and Nancy put me at complete ease and not once did I feel pressured to purchase. They both walked me through the process and I immediately trusted both of them that they had my best interests at heart. I drove in from Kitchener to purchase my used vehicle as I had heard very good things about this dealership. Ted and Nancy went out of their way to assist me when my car was not ready for pick up. Not only did they provide me with a rental vehicle at no cost, Nancy actually drove my vehicle to Kitchener so that I would not be inconvenienced. Who provides that type of service anymore? Well they did! There is no doubt that when I am ready to purchase another vehicle again, I will go to this dealership. Thanks again for a great experience. I work close to Toyota On The Park so I decided to drop by. While browsing a few cars on the lot, I met Bob (Gilbert). He was super friendly, funny and immediately put me at ease. He proceeded to show me some of the Corolla's and took me on a test in one that caught my eye.Two days later I brought my wife back to see and test drive the same car. On that same day we negotiated an offer and bought the car we loved. I can honestly say, my car buying experience was FUN! Bob was very knowledgeable and thorough In this process, he also was not too pushy. As the title says, this was an "Enjoyable Experience", I would recommend this dealership and I have already recommended Bob to some people I know. More
