Brad was our guy and I must have cut off his explanations and information at least a dozen times with my own hurried directness. Having cars sit on-line for days with not much help on the phone only to find out the car is not actually available once there is no fun. Of course they want you in the showroom. At least Brad helped me through my displeasure and found a car of similar if not better specs and price. Their "getting me in the showroom" worked on this occasion but again credit to him, and GM Aaron for smoothing things out. Received a very fair deal on a new 2014 Corolla and they threw in window tinting. You would not be unhappy with the experience of the The Inn on the Park gang especially if you're one of those not very trusting of the car salesman sorts as I am. In the end they did everything right and found me the exact car I was looking for. More

Detailing not upto par for a dealership I recently had my car detailed at Toyota on the park. I was not impressed with the quality of work performed. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been going this dealership since I purchased by 2001 Rav 4 - back in the day they were located at Yonge/Lawrence. They moved. I moved with them. I have always been treated fairly, with respect and they go the extra distance to make sure everything is perfect. I've tried another Toyota service dept (right across from my workplace) but I came back to this one. Yes, its more inconvenient for me, but at the end of the day, the customer service, staff and the service is what matters. Great job guys! More

I was told the check up would take about 1/2 hour but was completed in less than 15 minutes, including a car wash. The staff at the express lube are wonderful, with a great sense of humour.
