Candice, who responded to my online request for a test drive, answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very accommodating when I asked for additional test drives. I was originally planning to only go to Toyota on the Park for a test drive and then buy through unhaggle.com, but Candice followed up with an email quote and a great price. In particular, I was impressed that her price included the delivery fee and HST -- the quote was the final price that I paid. She kept me updated as the new car was being shipped and I ended up picking it up one day ahead of schedule. Many thanks to Candice who saved me both time and money! More

Always a good experience.. I have been going to Toyota on the Park for some five years now. Have never had a reason to complain. Tried another dealer, due to proximity, only onc I have been going to Toyota on the Park for some five years now. Have never had a reason to complain. Tried another dealer, due to proximity, only once, and other service centers for tires, but I am always convinced to go straight back to them, even though it's a thirty minute drive, each way for me, in the end its always worth the extra drive. Service & waiting area are both both excellent. More
