He is very friendly, knowledgeable with the right information, confident in sales, marketing; detail orientated and knows how to earn my trust to buy the car from him. During the test drive he explained all the safety features and fully answers my question in detail with patience. Mr. Khan is a people person I believe he is an asset to Toyota On The Park. I went to buy a Toyota Camry from them about 4 years ago. The salesman that I dealt with at that time is no longer with this dealership. I had a Toyota Prius to trade in and they lied to me telling me that The salesman that I dealt with at that time is no longer with this dealership. I had a Toyota Prius to trade in and they lied to me telling me that they could only give me $20K for my trade in due to market conditions. After I traded it in, they put it up for sale on their used car lot for $25K. I already had a firm price from another dealer and in hindsight I wish that I had gone with this dealer. I signed the deal with Inn on the Park for considerably more than what I was quoted from this other dealer. I went back and complained to the General Manager Matt Treacy and he made some adjustment to the final price but I still ended up paying about $600.00 more than if I had dealt with this other dealer. Matt Treacy then had the audacity to tell me that because of my complaint his salesman was going to take a hit on his commission. How unprofessional for him to say this to me. As well, Matt Treacy told me that I would be getting a survey from Toyota Canada on my buying experience with Toyota on the Park and he was expecting me to give them an excellent rating and if I had any reason not to do so he wanted me to tell him right then and there. Once again, I felt that this was very unprofessional for him to be doing this as this amounted to intimidation and coercion on his part. As a result of this very negative buying experience at Toyota on the Park, I will never buy another car from them nor would I ever recommend this dealership to any one that I know. More

A most pleasant experience It was time to think about my options on my 2011 Corolla lease. Since I had the car in for service I took the opportunity to head over to the sales pavilion to discuss same. Everyone was busy but to my good fortune, Brad Garrow happened to be standing near reception. Brad wasn't working that day but right away offered to assist me. He was most helpful, thorough and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. End result, I am now driving a 2014 Corolla S Special Edition and am very happy with my decision. It is all that Brad assured me it was...........fun to drive, economical and looks good too!! Upon delivery, Brad explained everything in detail. I have dealt with several Toyota dealerships over the past 26 years but Brad Garrow and Toyota On The Park tops the list by far. More
