Since I had the car in for service I took the opportunity to head over to the sales pavilion to discuss same. Everyone was busy but to my good fortune, Brad Garrow happened to be standing near reception. Brad wasn't working that day but right away offered to assist me. He was most helpful, thorough and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. End result, I am now driving a 2014 Corolla S Special Edition and am very happy with my decision. It is all that Brad assured me it was...........fun to drive, economical and looks good too!! Upon delivery, Brad explained everything in detail. I am so happy that I went to this dealership before paying $1000 to Canadian Tire to fix the brakes for my Toyota Matrix 2010!!!! Toyota on the park service checked my car brakes and told me that you don't $1000 to Canadian Tire to fix the brakes for my Toyota Matrix 2010!!!! Toyota on the park service checked my car brakes and told me that you don't have any problem at least for more 5000 kilometers. I can not believe that I could easily loss $1000 for nothing! My advice is always get the second opinion, if you need to repair your car. I would like to Thank Mr.Ted Jafarzadeh and his colleague Ms. Alisha Shah for their efforts. More
