Wonderful customer service from the second we walked in unti Paul Joseph was absolutely amazing, we had an appointment at 1pm to have our winter tires put on, we ended up being an hour an a half early. Paul worked his magic and had us in and out within the hour. He was so efficient, pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I also want to call out that while waiting for everything to be scheduled we witnessed another toyota customer come in with an issue, without an appointment. Adam Lawson so politely explained he would need to make an appointment in order to have someone look at the problem because they were just so busy at the moment. After seeing the customer was a bit disappointed with that understandable answer, Adam dug deeper to see if there was something he could do to help the customer at that very moment. Just sitting and observing how Adam worked with the customer was soo charming and made me appreciate being a customer of Toyota on the park. Lastly, Amanda was also so pleasant and friendly. Looked into the shuttle for us, but since Paul was such a superstar we didn't need to leave because the service was going to be so speedy. She let us know how to get up to the cafe. Start to finish, Paul, Adam and Amanda all deserve huge accolades for being so amazing and professional. My boyfriend and I got in the car and said we don't think we would ever buy a car anywhere else. Having great people like this make a high difference! More

Professional and friendly customer service My hubby and I haven't had to purchase a car in a long time.....so after having visited a couple of other dealerships, Brad and Chris really stood out My hubby and I haven't had to purchase a car in a long time.....so after having visited a couple of other dealerships, Brad and Chris really stood out with their knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-centric approach. Brad even offered to coordinate dropping off the vehicle to our home since we were not going to be picking up the vehicle at the same time upon settling the paperwork. Even though we didn't take him up on the offer, the gesture was very thoughtful. On the pick-up day, after Brad explained all the functions of the vehicle, my hubby and I still sat in the car for a lengthy period in the lot to get accustom to the Prius V since we've never owned a hybrid vehicle before. Brad noticed that we were still there and came out to ensure we were still ok. Chris took a lot of time explaining the rust protection and warranties to us ensuring that we would make the best choice given our needs. He was extremely thorough and helped us get to a price and package that was right for us. Picked up the Prius V couple of days ago and even though it wasn't the colour of choice, we're happy with it thus far! The staff in the service area are very professional, attentive to customer needs and comfort. Very polite and friendly too! Especially the service manager who goes around and make sure everything is running smoothly and everybody is taken care of. These are excellent service that I personally experienced and also observed while waiting and sipping the complimentary coffee in the guest waiting area. More
