From our first meeting with Alex Son to our last with Alice Lake each person treated us like royalty and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and our expectations exceeded. The best car buying experience I can ever remember. Alex took a good 30-45 min on pickup day to go over all the cars features. Alice worked until past midnight on her own time to put our deal together. Just when I thought all dealerships were the same, my opinion has been forever changed. Thanks much. More

Couldn't be happier A hubcap fell off and disappeared shortly after having my winter tires put on. I called the dealership regarding my plight and was relieved to hear M A hubcap fell off and disappeared shortly after having my winter tires put on. I called the dealership regarding my plight and was relieved to hear Mario say that he would call me as soon as he found a replacement. While at the dealership having the hubcap put on, I mentioned that the tailgate no longer 'floated up' as it used to. I now needed to lift it all the way up. Mario checked my warranty date to find it had just passed 2 weeks prior. He said he'd see what he could do. He called me within 2 days to say he'd been given the green light to fix the problem (replace the hydraulics?) All work was done quickly and graciously while I sat in that comfortable lounge area answering emails. A little extra piece to this story - my replacement hubcap fell off before I reached home. Mario found a 2nd hubcap and personally secured it and the other 3 with ties! (Note: all the staff at this location over the 3 years I've owned a Toyota have been exceptional (good listeners, personable, efficient) - I wish I remembered all their names.) More

Most Amazing Customer Satisfaction I never needed to drive to work until this December. After car-pooling with my darling husband for two weeks, we walked into Toyota On The Park on a S I never needed to drive to work until this December. After car-pooling with my darling husband for two weeks, we walked into Toyota On The Park on a Saturday morning and Steven Shao got the unenviable task of dealing with a buying couple who needed the perfect car right away. The right car with the wrong colour was on the lot. Even though there was a great promotion of 0.9 financing, I still wanted the car to be just perfectly blue and my husband needed the deal in the exact sweet spot. Steven went the extra mile in locating the perfect Prius C from another dealership and working patiently in conjuring up the winning deal. Exactly a week later, on a Saturday morning I drove away in my Summer Rain Prius C. I haven't stopped smiling since. In addition to the wonderful customer service provided by Steven Shao, special mention to the rest of the team, Lee Vyner, Chris Walters, and Matt Treacy for their patience and attention to our requests. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Chris Walters and Mark Easton pulled a great prank with my dad last week at the dealership. I had a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 that was giving me some troubles Chris Walters and Mark Easton pulled a great prank with my dad last week at the dealership. I had a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 that was giving me some troubles but due to outside circumstances I was unable to purchase a new car with my husband until late 2015. My dad was trading his Lexus in through Mark Easton (who also sells Toyota) and decided that it was time to trade my Rav 4 in without me knowing. I took it in for "service" at Toyota on the Park thinking that they were going to do a huge overhaul on my car and let me know the news. In the meantime I was given a discount car rental which they paid for 24 hours for me. The next day, I had no clue that my mom and dad, husband and the whole Toyota dealership knew how to prank me. I came back into the driveway and noticed my car and its plates had been stripped. I was panicking thinking this isn't good news and I don't have the money to pay for a new car at the moment. I asked to see Chris Walters who was the chief instigator in the prank, and my dad was in his office already. I walk in and see my dad sitting there and in comes Alisha and tells me theres "$8000" worth of damage to my car. At a different dealership I was quoted $4100. In turn I had a huge meltdown, but Chris reassured me and my dad also, knowing that this was a complete joke on me, that there was an alternate mode of transportation for me. We all go outside and I see this awful red 4 Runner that's been turned by by a different customer months prior, and Chris thought this was the "Perfect" car for me to transport myself and my son in for the winter time to get me through until I could come in and pay for a new car. I was not happy at all, but to humor my dad and the dealership, I did not want to be rude by any means and started the car up and sat in it. What I didn't know is in the garage behind me was what would be my new 2015 fully loaded Rav 4. I get out of the car and my dad says to come in the garage after I told him that if he thought it was safe for me and my son to drive then I wouldn't complain about a "free" vehicle to drive. We go into the garage with the new car, and my dad becomes emotional and says I can't let you drive that car......... but you can drive this one!!!!! He hands me his lexus key and I look confused as he points at the Rav 4. Eventually him, Chris Walters, and Mark Easton break the news that my dad had gone ahead and purchased the vehicle for me and my dad and I would settle the finances for a later date. I CANNOT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE AND BRILLIANCE to TOYOTA/LEXUS ON THE PARK. They pranked me so great that I was in absolute tears when I found out how safe of a vehicle I had to drive with my husband and 9 month old son now. This is ALWAYS a story that I have to remember. My parents have been exclusive to this dealership since 1989 and I do live in Cambridge, Ontario but I will trust no other dealership other than them to service my car now and future cars. More

Pricy but the excellent customer service makes it worth it. I have been a customer at the New Toyota on the Park since it opened. I have never had a recall or to return due to service or repairs. I have found all the staff to be more than happy to answer questions, and to make the entire experience as easy and efficient as possible. Although I have been happy with all the customer reps, Sham is choice preference. Sham has addressed every question and concern to the max. He will even offer to bring the customer right into the body shop while the car is in process of repairs, to actually show you the repair or part needed. Overall Sham will bend over backwards for customers so there be no hassle or confusion in the process. My only concern with Toyota is the difficulty I have had with the parts department, or having to return because a basic part was out of stock. I find Sham to be responsive and compassionate when problems like this arise. He has been a pleasure to deal with! More
