From the minute I entered and was greeted by the manager, there was no pressure but only presented with options. Conrad Praamsma, my sales consultant, walked me through the models, features, performance, pricing, and was upfront how they all varied - based on my budget. But moreover, told me to take my time to think about it. What I got from that was not the typical sales tactics. He was professional, detailed and knowledgeable about the products and my needs. So, I thought about it, went back and signed the deal. Will be back for my fourth Toyota. More
