He was very helpful with navigating the various benefits of the cars in the used lot. Eugene was very knowledgable on the product wether that be a used Honda civic, Lexus or Toyota. Looking through the cost / beneifits of owning a used / gently used / new car helped us enormously to make the final decision. Over the time of a couple hours we went from just kicking tires to making a decision. We love our new Corolla sport! More

Rezaul Khan, outstanding Sales Professional I recently took my elderly parents out to replace their 12 year old Camty and went to Rezaul at this dealership. We landed on a second hand Camry that fit my parent sneeds perfectly. Rezaul talked to us about several options, test drove a couple of models and was constantly in touch with me by email and phone as appointments were set up and test drives etc. He had the utmost patience in dealing with these seniors who are near 90 years old. Never pressurized, always pleasant and followed up promptly. I would highly recommend the dealership and more specifically Rezaul Khan. He made our car purchase effortless and pleasant. Many thanks! This past service, however, was not to the standard I expect from any decent dealership. It was one thing for the regular scheduled maintenance to balloon from less than $200 to almost $700 with taxes, I've come to expect that from dealerships and dread "the call"... However, not-so-little things like promising to fix the cargo net but getting home and opening the trunk to find it NOT fixed, or asking if the car had been washed (as I'm paying the bill) and being promised that it was, but finding it hadn't been... Exceedingly helpful service My daughter was on a camping trip well north of Toronto and the car wouldn't start when they were headed home. The steering wheel and wheels were lock My daughter was on a camping trip well north of Toronto and the car wouldn't start when they were headed home. The steering wheel and wheels were locked and the engine immobilization system appeared to have been activated. I contacted the service department to see if they could give me any suggestions to pass on to my daughter. Anastasia took my call twice and after a few iterations with calls to my daughter, we figured out what the problem was. It really saved the day and I'm very, very appreciative of the help. More
