He just financed his new Toyota Highlander from that dealership some days before,His word was just try this salesperson too, he is a good man!! I live in Richmond Hill Ontario and I already done my search, Not too sure that I am ready to spend more times and listen to the same stories about the same car and still am I going to get a good deal?! Anyway, I drove there and signed the paper to lease a new Toyota RAV4 2015 in less than 2 hours!! This all happen as a result of trust in negotiation. This story is about the person who represent the dealership. Ted Jafarzadeh, I found him exactly the way he was described to me. Trustworthy, Friendly, professional with a positive attitude. They never pressured into the purchase, patiently waited and explained everything and worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I received the car that I wanted given my very special circumstances (new to Canada, requiring a new drivers licence, moving out of Ontario soon). They even explained the process of exchanging my European drivers licence for Ontario one, directed me the the DriveTest centres and arranged for me to rent a car from on site vehicle rental, so that I can do my driving test before I pick up my new Rav 4. Benni Saleh was very professional and she explained everything from financial standpoint, while Diana worked hard to get my chosen Rav4 to the dealership as soon as possible and Justin Praamsma did excellent job on the PDI and got the car ready and in perfect condition. ``OUTSTANDING`` I met Justin Praamsma a couple of months ago when I was shopping at Home Depot in Brampton. He introduce himself simply:” I am Justin and I am Seles C I met Justin Praamsma a couple of months ago when I was shopping at Home Depot in Brampton. He introduce himself simply:” I am Justin and I am Seles Consultant at Toyota”. After a short conversation he handled to me his business card. At the beginning of July 2015 my family made a decision to purchase a new SUV. I visited a number of dealers within the GTA: Ford, Honda, Mitsubishi Toyota, Nisan etc. None of the sales representative I met was able to convince me to purchase from him. Most of them was knowledgeable of interior of the cars, but had very limited technical knowledge. I decided to call Justin. On the phone He said:” Come to us, we are really very good”. I leave in Brampton and he works at Leslie & Eglinton. Long drive, but I decided to go. It was Friday July 17th. I arrived at Toyota on the Park around 12.30. At 3.00 PM I left Toyota on the Park with a purchase of a new (2015) Toyota RAV4 Limited-Technology Package. Justin made the whole experience exceptional. Everything was taken care of (technically too) and I never felt pushed or rushed. I cannot say enough what a pleasure it was to purchase with Justin’s help.
