Right from the beginning on the phone Ted was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me a very good information and told me if I went to meed him just for 1 hour and I will not leave unhappy and he will help me to make a right decision and he was right. I am very happy that I bought my car from Ted because unlike other sales people Ted was not pushy and I could feel that he cares about his customers.
