There's no need to book an appointment for an oil change - one just drives right in to a spacious bright room where you're met by a friendly employee who takes over the car. In 4 years, I've never had to wait. Even the brief time while the car is being serviced is pleasant - great 'restaurant', free wifi, bright comfortable seating. If you don't have a cell phone, you're provided with a beeper to let you know when your car is ready. Your car is returned washed and parked in front of the exit door. A few 'car wash coins' are given to you after each visit so that you can come in between servicing and drive through the car wash yourself. More

Dissapointed We have been using this dealer for all our service needs and have always been totally satisfied. We took our 2010 RAV in for the ultimate detail packa We have been using this dealer for all our service needs and have always been totally satisfied. We took our 2010 RAV in for the ultimate detail package, When we went to pick the vehicle up we found that the rubber mats had not been cleaned at all. At first the service person insisted that they had been cleaned and it was just the light that was making them look dirty. However they clearly had not been cleaned and eventually we told that we could leave them and pick them up the following day, which was somewhat inconvenient a we live in Pickering. On further inspection we found that the tonno cover still had dust on it and had not been cleaned. For $250 we felt that the level of cleanliness in the vehicle was not what we expected. Overall the vehicle was OK but we are not sure we would pay this kind of money again at least not to toyota. Our receipt indicated that we should have received a detailed inspection report but we did not. More

I had been going there for service since my move to Don Mills. Not a single complaint there. I had casually looked at upgrading my Avalon from a 2013 to a 2015 to benefit from the many small improvements made by Toyota on this model. But I had not considered switching for another year, at least. Well, Jure, Mohammed and the team gently convinced me that the time was now, and that a demonstrator unit on their lot should be my next car. That did not take too much convincing. We agreed on the terms of the 'switch' and the deal was done. A win-win situation, if I ever saw one. Thanks to all. More
