Customer Service at its FINEST! Arnold is a very honest person, goes out of his way to ensure you get the best deals out there! He listens to your needs and creates a package to suit your comfortability. There's a difference between a sales person and a friend, frankly he could be both (in a positive way). He went out of his way to stay longer at the dealership to further explain to me how everything would work, considering it is my first car. He then kept in touch with me to help me narrow down the options and with all my questions, Arnold took the time to explain each and everyone so I could understand it all.
