I had a little problem with the Steering wheel cooler a week after picking up the car, and I called Avi and he told me to take it to his mechanic. I took it there and they fixed everything and now my car runs like it is straight out of the Infiniti dealership. I am very glad that I did not go with any other dealership. When I went for a test drive with him, he was very personable and I found his relaxed behavior pleasant which in turn made me comfortable. When driving the car he let me drive the car with-out any interference. Although I was familiar with the vehicle model, when I did have questions he answered them concisely and considering all the vehicles in stock he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased from him. The main office area reflected a professional appearance fitting of the high end vehicles available from this dealership. The indoor showroom was ideal for looking at a vehicle in the winter.
